AN ACT to amend and reenact section thirteen, article two, chapter
five-b of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuing the tourism
commission under the West Virginia development office.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section thirteen, article two, chapter five-b of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. WEST VIRGINIA DEVELOPMENT OFFICE.
§5B-2-13. Continuation.
Pursuant to the provisions of chapter four, article ten of
this code, the tourism commission shall continue to exist until the
first day of July, two thousand five.
